Grasshopper working on 'Killer is Dead' for PS3 and Xbox 360

Sounds a lot like No More Heroes... Maybe too much. But I'm sure it'll still be good.

One of the few developers I support first day all of the time. Always been pleased.

LittleBigPlanet Karting arriving in 2012 from ModNation Racers devs

@eat it Again, to me it's about the approach... LBP and LBP2 are almost identical in any quantifiable graphical way. MNR looks like a totally different game and considering this title's focus on Sackboy designs probably would have notably different character creation systems. I just don't see it happening, but it would be nice.

I could be wrong, but that's my opinion lol

@(Unverified) My understanding is that it was a co-publishing arrangement... but even then, if someone doesn't like Funcom as a publisher I doubt they'll like them as a developer lol

@MaxFroth Ha, really. I'll have to read that more carefully. Thank you.

@trinica You'll be waiting a while, for better or worse... They're actually the developer of this game as well as one of the publishers lol

Does anyone know when they would charge for this? On order or on shipment?

The lifetime sub option is both welcome and, for lack of a better word, concerning.

On one level, I'd pretty much break even after a year by buying that assuming the game is $15 a month and $50 to purchase. Good deal. Never have to think about subbing again.

But with the moves to F2P and the inclusion of a cash shop? I just don't know. There's so little guarantee that any of these games will be what they claim to begin with and there's even less guarantee of the road they'll follow or how well updates will go. In a lot of ways I feel like I'd be dropping $200 on a risk.

It's a hard decision.

Club Nintendo offers You, Me, the Cubes, Excitebike, and Metal Torrent

@bunktacular I don't really get the comparing to money concept with this stuff. I'm buying these Nintendo games anyway -- they could just as easily give me nothing extra for that. They did for years.

Now that they do give me something extra, am I really supposed to sit around and calculate the "true" value? I spent $50 on a Wii game -- not $50 for coins for some random bonus material.

Does anyone honestly but a game with the main intent of getting, at most, 60 or 70 coins for it? I doubt it.

Leisure Suit Larry HD seeks a Kickstart

@alioua83 It's actually considered best practice now to not force external links into new tabs/windows across the board. I'm glad they don't do that off the bat, it'd drive me nuts lol

It already was remade to some degree... Went from a typing interface with EGA graphics to mouse interface with better VGA graphics.

I think that was enough, honestly. I might toss a few bucks to some games, but not this one. Maybe if it was a new adventure title in the series that was actually done well.
