The pundits still confuse me here... it's not like anyone has ever argued that "we" might be the worst pronoun ever concieved or anything like that. So, yeah basically, the pundits have no problems at all using "we" in normal pronoun form...
but, oh no... wait a second, as soon as it's used as an actual name they are all of a sudden like 0Mg l0L wiiiiiiiii!!!11one1one r0fl
Why be so uptight about these things?... why does a name need to make sense or be explained in full detail???... it's a name... did you make your parents sit down and explain your name to you? Just because something is different doesn't mean it's wrong or bad. So what if it doesn't fall in line with the current naming standards... seriously, things like "kickass funconsole to the fourth power" are not any any better... you've just been trained to believe that they are.
I love it how everyone thinks they know what's best for a company. Way to literally judge a book by it's cover. I just find it funny how all the critics come out of the woodwork for this stuff. Everyone becomes a naming expert suddenly. Names are news... This is just like any other sort of "news"... it's all stupid knee jerk opinions and reactions concerning situations the reader is truely clueless about.
