I think the point about Winnie the Pooh is a good one. In the end, the name won't matter--the thing about a product is that, if it's good, it becomes the NEW meaning of that word. So while some of you, pretty childishly I think, want to make photoshop jokes about pissing, if this system delivers on its promises, in two years the first thing that comes to mind when you hear "Wii" or "wee" will be the system.
The product name will become synonymous with quality and fun, not taking a leak. Again, it comes back to providing a good product and building a brand.
