Video: Man imagines he's racing under anesthesia at the dentist's office

Is this real life? I FEEL FUNNY WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME

Quick Spin: Audi Quattro Concept

Dec 8th 2010 12:10AM (Autoblog)
Audi, as a young, newly-working and salaried professional, if you give me 2-3 years, which I presume is the quickest you could green-light and fasttrack the production on such a vehicle (coming up with a business case, clearing with bean counters, pairing down concept to production, manufacturing/marketing), you have my money. I will save up as much as it takes to buy this car. No question.

Since I assume it will be priced far higher than a new S4 (50k) and probably even higher than a TT-RS (58k), so be it. I'll plop down up to 75k to own this monster.

Top Gear visits the farm for next Stig

Really rooting for a black, yellow, or red stig as embodied by Sabine. would also fill their bbc-mandated affirmative action quota in a cheeky manner

127 MPG: What Motor Trend got driving the Volt in the real world

@Bman

Depending on where you live, and when you are charging (off-peak hours are ideal), $0.48 to $1.34 to charge a Volt 10 hours using your normal 110V socket. It isn't discussed very much because its a non-issue. Paying for electricity is vastly cheaper than paying for gas.

'Superman' Update: Story Details, Script Issues and Who the Studio Really Wanted as Director

Oct 6th 2010 7:59PM (Moviefone Blog)
If these are the facts, and these points are the truth, the way i see it is this: WB wanted to limit the degree of risk with this next Superman movie, and they needed as much insurance as possible that it would come out before the deadline.

Aronofsky: known to make artistic, thoughtful, and emotionally demanding and engaging films. Is this right for a Superman movie? probably not, but I would still love to see it.

Snyder: far more mainstream than Aronofsky, commercially more successful films. Big on eye-candy, not necessarily emotional depth or character development. The man owns the month of March much like Will Smith owns the 4th of July weekend.

They made their decision, and they obviously went with the more logical, less risky one.

Superman Movie FAQ: From Villains to Release Date, Here's What We Know

Oct 5th 2010 7:02PM (Moviefone Blog)
Also, saw on Twitter people were going for the triple H:

Hamm as Luthor (he's already done this in a Funny or Die video!)

Hardy as Zod (nuff' said.)

Hammer (coming off his recent stint as the Winklevoss twins in The Social Network) as Superman/Clark Kent.

Just an FYI, Armie Hammer has the jawline of a Quietly superman and at 6'5" 230 lbs, could easily rock the 's'. If they go for that type of Alex Ross older/Golden Age superman, then Hamm all the way.

Superman Movie FAQ: From Villains to Release Date, Here's What We Know

Not to be a hater, as i'm a HUGE Nolan bros./Emma Thomas fan, but:

"'Superman' will be keeping it all in the family this time around, both in real life and in the superhero world. Heat Vision reports that Snyder will co-produce the film with his wife and partner, Deborah Snyder, as well as 'Batman' visionary Christopher Nolan and his wife, Emma Thomas."

sounds like the most expensive, multi-hundred million dollar double-date ever conceived.

Video: Audi Quattro Concept plays with our emotions

My thoughts exactly. If they build it, it'd probably in that spot of $52-60k to fight the M3/C63 et al. I don't know. S4 runs around $47-52kish right? God I hope they build this thing.

"the green light dimming as the months passed."

I see what you did there.
