Besides claiming that it is too similar to Tetris, is there a specific patent or intellectual property that was abused?

The first gen iPhone had the recessed headphone jack and did not have Exchange Sync capabilities, but there was definitely a desktop sync client. This, to me, is a more serious oversight than using a headphone adapter other than 3.5mm.

I really love my iPhone (had original and now have 3G), but this looks amazing. HTC makes such great hardware but I can't help but think that they are being slowed down somewhat by software, even though they have made great additions to Windows Mobile. How long before HTC makes their own mobile OS? They are such a quality company that I am sure they would do a great job getting it "right".

I love MLB Power Pro's 2007. I would love 2008.

I have been doing this for some time. I am doing a doctorate in music, so the integration was pretty obvious. With the ability to create a PDF from any document on the Mac, I can add the PDF to the playlist of the piece I am studying or have a dedicated playlist for a particular subject of just PDF's. Works like a charm.
