Picture It: scoring an invite to the new E3 [update 1]
Oct 16th 2006 1:15PM (Joystiq)It's not just voice of reason, is it Vlad? Nobody gets your point. You are so misunderstood. If only everybody realized how funny your repetitive graphs are, or how your extensive latin catchphrase knowledge isn't the mental equivalent of stuffing a couple of socks down your pants. If people understood your rapier wit maybe you wouldn't have to post update after update explaining the context of your posts. But alas! such is not your fate.
By the way, on the whole variable thing, the event itself is the independent variable while the chance of being invited is a dependent variable. The flattering things said could be an additional dependent variable or a confounding variable if it wasn't figured in to the experiment at the beginning.

SonySnacks Microwave: Tired of pushing buttons on your microwave? With SonySnacks you can use the PSP's OS to program your meal's cook time. Bing!

The PSP is so worth it.
eBay's PS3/Wii auction cancellations are a good move
Oct 14th 2006 10:54PM (Joystiq)In any event, PS3lvr is right. Sony is the problem, not America. If Sony wants to allocate their PS3s to one market and totally neglect another, hate to tell you this, but we're not the ones fucking the Europeans.
You can't tell me that Sony wouldn't love to sell out of their 400k units and say, "Guess what? We sold out of our console faster than anyone else this holiday season and we were right about the price. People are more than willing to pay $600 for our new Blu-r...game console. No price cuts in the near future!" Holy shit, it's the PSP all over again. Get your head out of your ass. If this is the biggest problem in your life you need some help.

Oct 11th 2006 8:01PM (Joystiq)Is it really any wonder that the PS3's version of Acheivements are called "Entitlements". Every Sony fanboy I know of is an entitled, self-absorbed asshole with too much money. Prove me wrong guys. Prove me wrong.

Oct 11th 2006 10:28AM (Joystiq Playstation)On topic, if you were to walk into my local Wal-Mart, you would see about 20 PSPs hanging out at any one time. Now, I have no idea how many Wal-Marts there are in the world, but I don't find it hard to believe that with all of the many places that sell PSPs, that there are roughly 7 million unsold to the consumers at this very moment.
On a side note, you and ninja obviously don't find your PSP games entertaining at all since you post articles not only here, but on several other blogs as well. Hypocrites.

Oct 10th 2006 9:19PM (Joystiq Playstation)"The PSP has sold over 35 infinity units in February alone. With the profits made we've been able to cure cancer and erase the national debt. Next week we will either begin cloning dinosaurs or inventing a time machine in order to capture them and bring them to the present."
In other news, Mayors of the world be on guard. According to Granavatar_OfMe the PSP has already kicked some "mayor butts" and intends to kick more in the near future.

Oct 9th 2006 11:56PM (Joystiq)Laughing target is dead on, as per usual.
howhow, I get where you're coming from but believe it or not having or not having a PS3 isn't going to make anyone "happy", and if it does they have some fucked up priorities.
Wild Homes, the only reason they have "laws" against employees buying new systems is because customers are greedy, entitled, pricks. Ask anybody who works in customer service and you'll discover that the customer is NEVER right. They're just bullies because they know that nobody will tell them what a dumb fuck they are. (That wasn't really all directed at you Wild Homes, it's just an issue that I have.)
