Why is it that I never hear about people stealing any other kind of console? (Well, I guess that size probably has a lot to do with it. You can slip a Wii into a jacket and walk away. Try doing that with an Xbox or PS3.)

I just got a PS3 for Christmas, so naturally I'm spending most of my game time on that, which isn't much in the first place. When family came in, I played Wii roughly 3-4 hours a day, but now what little time I spend with my white console is to play GC/VC games. That's the way it's gonna be until I get Pikmin and Sin & Punishment 2, I guess.

This game was bundled with the Game Gear I got for my 7th birthday, and I still to this day can't make it past the 2nd zone. It's not that I'm bad, it's just that this particular Sonic game is so frustrating. Then again, most of the ones for the GG were...

I've always been a huge Nintendo junkie, but I was kind of afraid that the DS would totally fail. I thought that it might go the way of the Gamecube (God bless it) or something. I was, however, willing to rush over to Wal*Mart to pick one up ASAP. Naturally, this fat kid beat me to the last one. My grandparents, as awesome as they are, managed to pick one up for me the next day along with Mario 64. I still wasn't quite sold on the touch screen until Kirby. After seeing what the system can do with games like The World Ends With You, I'm very happy with it four years later.

*gasp* No "Big Balls"?! For shame. I would've paid $40 for that, but now I'm thinking I'll just mosey on past for a while...

Hey, as long as they improve what was wrong with Secret Rings, I'm up for whatever.

I picked up LEGO Batman and Wario Land: Shake It for $75 at Circuit City yesterday. I've almost run out of games to buy before the end of the year!

See, this is precisely why I never did get a Lite. I knew that Nintendo would redesign it again in a couple of years, and I didn't want to spend money I didn't have to because the DS Lite is exactly like the Phat except it's brighter and sexier. DSi has several hardware additions, but I don't really care because "my God, I can finally give away my Phat!" =D

I don't think they've announced an exact date...have they? Just September...

I think they should drop the price...just not right now. They need to get the redesign (that we all know is coming) good and announced before they drop the Lite's digits. I'm thinking $90 after the new DS launches to rid us of the Lite while we get ready to pay *wait for it* $129.99 for the new DS. You know that's what'll happen.
