Sony slapped with two more class-action suits over Other OS removal
May 11th 2010 11:45PM (Joystiq)I have a question if my PS3 breaks down and it's a launch PS3 with BC, doesn't that mean if i call them to fix it, if they are not able to fix it, and they send a new one then shouldn't I be getting a same BC PS3, since that is what i paid for in the first place?
But either way makes no difference i guess, but it was nice to have the option of BC there.

off topic, but any one know if they send you a new PS3, will they send a skinny or a phat? because i prefer the phat especially if i have to pay around $150.
