@15 Generally consoles (like dvd-players) are region-locked so as to differentiate markets in different areas with barriers which prevent for example Europeans (who generally pay more for their goods) from obtaining them cheaper from the US. As different regions have different elasticities of demand it prevents those who are willing to pay more from getting them cheaper and therefore helps companies to maximise profits in respective regions... "centrus paribus = look how f***ing smart I am" ;P
Penny arcade have a point... the original post was retarded, fundamentally flawed and completely illogical. But I'd have to disagree with the eating lightbulbs as its more as if it was posted by someone with a very simple understanding of ecnomics who thought throwing around 'big' words was going to impress. And since you failed to successfully comback from them - as well as all the comments - its seems penny arcade are winning 2 - 0.
Is anyone else sick of seeing Dark Messiah footage from the exact same portion of the game as they have been showing since before E3? It's worrying that they haven't shown more variety or hinted at what else there is to enjoy.
Wii not even remotely region-free
