Sure you get some cool stuff when you buy it new, but think of it this way: These companies NEED Gamestop. Otherwise they would have a code you would need to enter to play the game at all. Just like PC games.
But this is why they need gamestop: Lets say someone hears about uncharted 3 coming out. Well they never played the first two. They go everywhere but no one is able to find the first two games. Oh, you can get them used, because they are impossible to purchase them new. At this point, someone purchases them, if they like them they will most likely get the third one. Otherwise if they hate them, they hate em. Off to a new game. It's a simple market and as much as you hate this company, I'm sure you would be saying much different if you were the one making all this money off of a concept that you wish you thought of.

I really don't have anything else to play. I got a beta invite literally 2 days ago, and I'm now on vacation this week. Coincidence? I don't think so.
None the less I am happy I get to participate in this. I get to tell the people around me what is good, what is bad, how exactly different things work and what not. I know a lot of people that are going to play it so it helps me being a "Master" and understand the mechanics of the game to my "padawans"
So the guy on the left is screaming but the two other guys look like they are staring at the same thing saying to themselves "Uh... well that's odd.... are you looking at what I'm looking at?"
There always has to be someone screaming... just like in basketball there has to be a guy in the air making a dunk, and that on every modern war game there must be a soldier walking slowly towards you.
Totally understandable that this is the total actions of corporate greed and milking a franchise till the cow itself is dead. To be 100% honest, and I swear to the spaghetti monster in the sky that grants me wishes that I refused (and still do) to watch and support these movies. When I saw Nemesis turn into a "good guy" I got mad... I cried. I cried like how a child cries after finding out that the person he looked up to turned out to be a total douchbag.
