Service is absolutely awful. The speed is just fine when it works...but whether it actually works or not is a huge variable. And if it goes out any time between 9pm and 9am, you've got no one to call to say "hey, fix this." Over a dozen calls a month in some instances.

Buyer beware.

Right. Because they didn't spend a dime on R&D, the software that runs with it, etc. The entire cost of the product is simply the raw materials needed to assemble it.

@Rarebooks What are you talking about? I saw him back in '05 or so, and he was playing it nightly. Hell, he's even played it on stage with Nine Inch Nails 2 or 3 times in the last couple of years.

Sure, I'll pay 99 cents for a single episode RENTAL. Those people who BUY 22 episodes for $15 are suckers!
