Do you know what else would be cool in GTAIV as DLC? How about replace the main character with Master chief and the rest of the people with Elites, Brutes and Grunts and terrified citizens along with some ghosts, warthogs, banshees and pelicans!! Now that would be a cool DLC for GTAIV!!!
