I appreciate your cander; however, I must say that I've already downloaded it for OSX. It's still unavailable otherwise.

Parallels for Mac hits 1,000,000 users

I think Apple does a great job of doing the things that folks generally need a Mac to do (ie, graphics, audio, video, web, office etc.). I have a bootcamp of Windows XP, super small partition...big enough to run Guild Wars. That's it. Everything else I can accomplish with the Mac, and do it with less hassle.

Fanswag: Wii Fit and a Nyko Energy Pak

I would love Wii Fit for my wife and I. It'd be nice to have one more game to play together :)

I just saw that R.B.I. Baseball was released on the XBL network. What the crap, Nintendo?

That's what I want. At least we have Blades of Steel.

Wii Warm Up: How about that flow?

May 27th 2008 10:30AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
If you look at systems like the PSP, as of late there hasn't been a great release of games for it since Final Fantasy Crisis Core. Not to say that it's comparable to the Wii, nevertheless even the PSN hasn't had a steady stream of *good* games. Even the PSP Fanboy mentions that there isn't much on the horizon.

For starters, WiiWare is going to have a few smash hits, and a few more are probably about 6 months away. Until then, we still have awesome classics on the VC to play / look forward too.

Then again, we WiiBoys are loving the abundant shovelware too.

Guitar Hero World Tour has DLC, or it doesn't

May 22nd 2008 1:25PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I'll get this instead of Rock Band....no DLC? Ahh...it doesn't matter at this point.

If the GH3 guitars are NOT compatible or if the media is in Mono sound, that'll be just another punch in the gut.

Wii Warm Up: Starting a regimen

May 21st 2008 8:48AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Being completely self-aware that I too, have the "Warcraft Ass", I'm all about this game. No, I'm not aware of it being a workout machine, but it will help me realize goals I need to achieve.

That and the hula-hoop mini-game.
