The only possibility I can think of is that they don't want PC pirated copies to cannibalize console sales. Let's hope this delay is because they realized the crappy ACII DRM failed and they will be dropping it on this one.

Aug 12th 2010 6:22PM (Joystiq)Gears of war is a terrible example. You had to set your computer clock back to install a patch to play it, and it used GFWL which causes further difficulties. Companies have a right to protect their software, but treating paying customers poorly and causing them to put up with DRM that doesn't work is unacceptable.
