The game industry always whines about used games an they don't make them any money. If they don't like it, they should do what the movie industry does. Release your game to game houses, people pay a premium to play it before it's released for home. Then you foster a out of the house community and you recoup development expenses before it even goes to retail. Even bad movies more often than not make a profit in theaters so disc sales are icing on the cake.
