In my industry the assets are usually taken from a library of images available for general use. Needing to get someone to take renders every time you want to do some art would be very time consuming and costly. Those are my two cents.

Last month, Activision and RedOctane, publishers of the popular PlayStation 2 game Guitar Hero, filed suit against peripheral manufacturer The Ant Commandos (TAC) over its unlicensed guitar controllers.

Since they've sold all those copies maybe they would be nice enough to release a patch that makes the game a little more smooth. I was disappointed by the choppy performance in many sections of the game.

Just picked mine up at Walmart Germantown Wisconsin. They said that they were sold out at launch but just got a huge shipment. They said they need to keep eight in stock for black friday or as they called it "the blitz"
