I can understand the initial though that it is a gimmick. But as you yourself can see, it can really turn into something if developers really put something into it. I'm sure that the 1st and 2nd party support will be strong. If 3rd party developers start to see the attention being played to Home, then other titles will follow suit and Home could become something great. That's my hope at least.
