They could use it effectively, take a game that has some long load times, and take the data and write it to the 400gb bluray over and over as many times as you can, and that could potentially make the load time shorter because there is more than one instance to find for each piece of information.

Why not just slap another analog stick on the PSP 3000, or I guess the PSP 4000? I know it would alienate us PSP 1000 Owners, but I would buy it just for the better controls, then we could actually play FPS games on the PSP.
