Wii Warm Up: What's 'very affordable' for you?

Aug 5th 2008 2:52PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
5-10$

If it's used unusually awesomely in a few key titles like Zelda, then I could part with maybe 20$. :)

Bungie working on 'three distinct projects'

-1. Halo squad-based game
-2. Peter Jackson's project
-3. Their rumored Live Arcade game based on a "hero with a plunger"

Wii Warm Up: Wiimote revision

Jun 24th 2008 4:33PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Wiimote: greatly improve the speaker quality. If possible, "implant" the pointer function inside the wiimote, eliminating the need for a sensor bar. Increase the memory capability.

Nunchuck: add rumble and pointer functions (as well as motion sensitivity comparable to the wiimote's). Maybe throw in a speaker that doesn't sound like a hallmark card to boot.

IGN's Casamassina says new Medal of Honor 'beats the pants off Metroid Prime 3' controls

Now lets see if Galaxy can coax out some good 3rd party offerings and believe me, Wii 3rd parties NEED some coaxing.

New details on Ninja Gaiden 2's violent tendencies

Sounds like an effective reward for killing stuff, if you ask me.

SMG video update: Powerups, galaxies, and a live orchestra

Oct 18th 2007 4:42PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
If Twilight Princess was re-released with just orchestrated music at a budget price, I would seriously consider rebuying it.

Software developers worried about the Wii, hesitant to make games

Oct 11th 2007 4:50PM (Joystiq)
"Several houses perceive the motion-sensing Wii as a fad, and believe its success to be ending shortly."

Wat 'til Galaxy comes out, then judge.
