Ya know, that's not really the point of a beta. The point of a beta is for the developers to find flaws in the game and fix them for the finished product. Not so you can do pointless quests and level to 85 only to have to do it again when the actual product is released. Problem is that most people do see it as a way to play the game before it comes out and get all disappointed when certain aspects of the beta don't make it. What I read in the article is someone who doesn't want to help progress the game and make it the best it can be, but rather someone who just wants to whine about not having a finished product that he can play before it is actually released. Unfortunately, it is those whiny people who have the chance to get into the beta and not people, like myself, who would actually test the game to help the devs make the game everything they want it to be.

I usually run into these issues when somebody overhears a WOW conversation. They usually move away slowly.

I love this topic because TE has become a real issue lately. I echo the second letter's sentiment. I have a shaman healer but I couldn't practice healing until I was in my 70's with my guild. Some tanks pull way too much for any healer, as well. I love when tanks run away from their healer while healer calls OOM.

But, here's the kicker. I've been trying to level a Warrior to learn to tank. So, I queue tank and often the healer keeps telling me to pull huge...until we wipe. Then I'm told I'm squishy. It's kind of the same situation in reverse. If I pull 5-7 mobs, we're fine. More, we usually wipe. I blame ADHD.

I was thinking the exact same thing. The article said there were non-belfs but the main character is a belf. I feel misled there. I don't think it's very original. The music at the end was epic though.

I got one of those scams the other day. However, it wasn't for the steed. It was for entry into the beta. I'm quite surprised that anyone falls for these though. But obviously a bunch of people do seeing that these scammers are still at it.
