At least you guys get to use PSN. It has been a complete failure for me for the last 2 days. I get signed out every 10 minutes. It has become REALLY annoying.

I wish the tards at DICE would take notice. By the time the first REAL dlc drops, it will have been 7 months after the game was released, and most people have moved on.

DICE must be run by tards. COD releases map packs every month to KEEP PEOPLE INTERESTED. I bet half of the people that bought BF3 have moved on because of the lack of support, and another quarter will be gone before the first REAL dlc is released. Nobody wants to keep playing the same maps month after month after month.

Wow, June!? And what about the other pack, December maybe? Im sure the 8 people still playing it by then will really enjoy it.

I couldnt agree more! You will get lots of morons with the standard "durr its a beta huur hur" line, but thats NOT what people are biatching about. The core gameplay, the mechanics, are terrible. The netcode is terrible, even for DICE's low standards. And because their too lazy to fix it, they move it from server-side to client-side. A HUGE mistake.


Sa long as people are still playing BC2, i will be one of them. On the plus side, hopefully BF3 will steal all the punk-ass snipers, since they can go prone and hide forever now.

Then we can have our game back!

This "beta" plays like BC2 that was dumbed down for COD players.

Look here fanboy, that WAS a demo. You think they would release a beta with just 3 weeks till it ships? And whats the point of a beta if the version your playing is admittedly old and outdated? And you think they are stress testing the servers with the smallest map that has zero vehicles? RIGHT. That would be the most useless test in history.

Thats just crazy talk. Any true, hardcore BFBC2 fan will tell you BF3 is garbage compared to it. A perfect example would be Recon. Everyone knows that the snipers have completely infested BC2 now. It has reached epidemic levels. And now they introduce prone? No Thanks! I recently played a rush map where 9/12 players on my team were recon. And all of them jockeying for the same 15 feet of sniper real-estate. You should have seen the hatemail i got when i spent the rest of the game completely smoking out the ridge where they were all hiding!

Also, BC2 players know the netcode was garbage. Piss poor hit detection. Knife hits not registering at all. Brand new tanks shattering from a grenade. Well, guess what people?! Not only did they NOT bother to fix the code, the made it worse by moving that responsibility client-side, instead of server-side.

So, i will be passing on BF3, so long as people are still playing BC2.
