and the fact that they moved hit-reg from server-side to client-side is just going to magnify the issue.

this game is lame! I am completely disappointed in the beta. I was hoping they would build on BC2's awesomeness, but instead they took a few steps backward and started pandering to COD players with the whole "spray & pray" style gameplay. Flashlights and lasers? Give me a break. Thats NEVER been what BF is about.

My biggest beef is that they cant be bothered to fixed the netcode. The hit detection is just as bad, if not worse, than BC2. I assume this is because the network engineers they hire from craigslist dont demand a lot of money.

I was hoping Bad Company 2 was on the list. I'm tired of 1,000 rooms of 4 vs. 4.

If Bad Compnay 2 is so popular still, THEN WHY HAVENT DICE FIXED IT YET? There are still so many bugs in that game it drives me crazy. Most of the time they cant even get which team won the round correct, and dont even get me started on hit detection!

I'm pretty positive DICE hires their network engineers off of craigslist.

Sony has a point about Microsoft "dumbing down" everyones games. I remember reading an article here on joystiq a while back. A game designer had come out and said that Microsoft throws a temper trantrum if a multiplatform game looks better on the PS3.

Just imagine, ALL the PS3 games could look as good as Uncharted, but the xbox's inferior hardware and optical drive couldnt cant handle that, so microsoft DEMANDS that the publisher dumbs down the game so that it looks equal on both systems.

While that is very true, there are some moments in BC2 that will drop your jaw, There is no point in playing it now. Half of every team are now snipers, and it is impossible to get a good game anymore
