While your satire was funny and all it was a little bit hypocritical. TUAW has advertised a famous switch or two in the past. Also I think it is important to note that this time we have a developer switching away from the Mac. In my opinion the 3rd party developers are a significant part of what makes the Mac so great. If they left in significant numbers, I would be worried.

Ryan, please stay in New York next time Apple has a "fun new product" event. The Engadget podcast would have been more exciting then these "fun" new products....
