Ok first off all of you just STFU, Gears is going to own R:FOM purely on hype. R:FOM looks like a bad game anyway, the PS3 is going to have the same sort of launch as the 360. Nothing amazing. I played the pc demo and it rocked.. my friend played the console demo, said it was laggy kinda like quake. Im not sure if that is true because I have yet to dl it myself.

Your arguements are all "zomg luk u get blu ray n super pwwnxxorz cell for 599." I dont think most people are going to be thinking about the deal you get. Cmon people this is a video game system not a frickin' car, but as high as the prices are going it may aswell be.

of course sony "copied nintendo's" (which is a whole other conversation) design. That's why nintendo announced it so far out from the actual console launch. So that Sony and MS could have their own contemporary pieces of tech. This way nintendo is not locked into custom created games for the Wii, games can be developed for at least two platforms, and most likely three as MS isn't going to miss out on this now. Nintendo has effectively spurred the entire industry to adopt their ideals for the next generation by their timing of announcements.

ok ok... I know that graphics dont make a game and all but... these graphics are worse than gamecube! Even if they are not looking towards suped up graphics they could atleast make it better then last gen...not worse.
