It amazes me the amount of abuse people will take from Apple. You fan boys sound like abused wives making excuses for their husband's. They are screwing the touch owners anyway you decide to look at it.

They pulled the same shit with the maps/mail/... Making the touch owners pay for apps free on the phone. I can hear the excuse now "Accounting department requires us to screw you".
