I usually play in bed while drifting off to sleep- or while suffering a debilitating insomnia attack. commutes are usually reserved for my ipod touch. My dsiXL is just too damn big to lug around.

I have never understood the rational behind DRM in the first place. Obviously it doesn't stop crackers, and pirates never see it. The only thing is diminishes is sales and framerate.

The only real way to deny pirates access to a game is to make it online only, or at least have a major online component. This is NOT what Ubisoft is doing. Online is not an intrinsic property of this game, it's just a wall. Again, pirates will never see this wall, only legitimate customers.

I searched the comments and surprisingly found nothing about a Joystiq themed new years eve party! This would be great 19 age limit(21 in the US) to accommodate the ubiquitous free open bar. Joystiq banners, and a holiday cone of halo 3 themed 360's and gunmetal gray PS3's optional. By the way, how do i get one of those fancy comment avatars? so i can make Mario face to the right of course.

Had to to a bit of googling but the phone infact makes a sound the parrents interperated as "a word that sounds like witch" bitch. there, i said it, bitch. how the hell are we suposed to get anything out of the news when its so sensored that we as the audience cant judge for ourselves if a)the word is offencive and b) the sound is even simialir to the word in question? well, thats america for you
