Tort reform is a HUGE part of health care reform. It's sad that congressmen don't see it. I am in healthcare and I see ridiculous defensive medecine all the time.
I realize that someone who suffers great harm from a medical mistake deserves money, but some verdicts are just outrageous.....

OMG it scared the shit out of me. when it rebooted, the screen fizzed and went black for a while i thought the stupid update bricked the console. fortunately, a restart solved the problem.

whatever the update was, it better be worth the near heart attack i just got!
