Yes, this and many other little insignificant things are what most class action lawsuits encompass. Just last year I got ripped off out of 75 cents from my former credit card company. Is it worth my time to sue them? No, of course not.

I don't need that 75 cents back.

But some lawyer that wants to make a huge chunk of change decided it was worth fighting for. This pays for him to have a better life, and also makes it less likely that me and millions of other consumers don't get screwed out of their 75 cents next time around.

I assumed he knew what fickle meant. I assumed he was thinking what I am thinking and that is Sony possibly organized this class action. Not the consumers. I know if I were Sony, I'd be a little pissed by now. There have been several supposed deals made with developers that have been broken now.

I'm guessing Sony's wine-and-dine team are getting their clients a little too black out drunk,
