They won't. Lik-Sang was a more legal target because they sell the products for a profit publicly. You are doing a private transaction, and Sony won't be able to do anything about it.

That said, I think I'm the only person on the interweb who's not really sobbed up by any of this. I really don't care too much about imports, and I don't live in Europe. I won't be getting a PS3 for at least a year due to financial issues, but I play my (still working) PS2 religiously. God, I fecking love that system.
