That was one of the most obvious things that was going to happen. Late May was too close to E3 for Nintendo to not trumpet a bunch of big announcements all at once.

Or, perhaps, Mario 3DS was delayed into 2012, and this is what will be the headline for the portable at the event to take it's place.

That's a painted mock-up. There's no eject button next to the slot, and no cords, yet the device is powered up.

Finally, the placement of the Nintendo logo is different than that of the original images.

It's nice that a board room was used to take the photos, too.

It was a great showing for Indies at PAX. I can really see the show blossoming into more of an indie-loving event. I had more fun at their booths than at the larger publishers.

(That was purposefully "WOT". Not "WOOT".)

@SgtDookie I'm only speculating, but I think the month-timeline difference would help get the game completed. Plus, Zelda isn't as big in Japan as it is in the US, so having it during launch here would be a big plus (it'd be the game that everyone here buys with their 3DS). In Japan it'd be greatly overshadowed by the other big games.

@Cleric I don't know if that'll be the case. Replace PES with Madden in the US, add in about 2-3 more games. The launch day will be dominated by Street Fighter, NintendoDogs, and Layton. Ocarina 3D will *probably* be a launch title in the US. That covers core gamers, casual, and tweeners. The DS had a far worse launch.

My guesses, anyways.

Thankfully, that's not the US launch line-up.

Though, if Layton and Street Fighter both launch, that'd still be mighty nice.

I got too many great things to mention. But to note: white socks were and always are my favorites.
