I'm playing through Dead Space 1 now. It isn't so much scary at the moment as it is kind of tense...sometimes. I like the atmosphere of it though. I think they did good on that.

I am still somewhat on the fence about the Vita. It has games I want out of the gate. However, I am worried that this will end up like my PSP or DS, and just not get played at all after the first year. I think that I will wait on the Vita for a while to see if there is a new design in the works, since both Sony and Nintendo kind of have a thing now for pushing new tech, then releasing a NEW NEW version not too long afterward.

I wish I had something clever, but my room smells like strawberry pipe tobacco...Which is weird, cause the tobacco, despite saying strawberry, taste and smells like cherry when lit.

I don't know what to think. I'm less excited for this now than I was when Kojima studios was handling it. I would rather not have Bayonetta 2 be "MGS: Bad Title goes here." Why is he throwing a Ray? Why do Rays still exist? Why isn't this about what would have been a more interesting story of Raiden tracking down Sunny, rather than a generic anime plot line? In the end I'll probably still buy it though...The gameplay is ultimately what matters, but how is this still an MGS game? It should go back to "Metal Gear: Insert Title Here."

@(Unverified) I think the overall problem is that Virtua Fighter is an extremely technical fighter. Games like MvC 2 and 3, Tekken, and Street Fighter can allow both casual and serious players to have fun with the game. Virtua Fighter absolutely demands that you be able to do button presses within frames of an animation, and that will turn the vast majority of players away. personally, I don't have that kind of time to learn that system. If the system was more forgiving, I think that Virtua Fighter would see a spike in sales, since each character has a truly unique way of fighting, unlike many of the games mentioned earlier.

The only problem I had was one of the PSP downloads didn't work. I'm not complaining 'cause it's (was) free.

How can people pass judgment on something that isn't out yet? I know this isn't the Dante that you used to dream would caress you gently at night and whisper sweet nothings in your ear, while you would coyly say "You just activated my Devil Trigger," but get over it. If this ends up being another 'Metroid: Other M', than so be it. If it ends up being another 'Devil May Cry 3', than so be it. If it's "meh," than so be it. So far, I'm not concerned because sometimes a stagnated series needs some revitalization. Ninja Theory does excellent stories, but their game play has been legitimately worrying. That's all that has me concerned, is that they won't be able to live up to DMC 3 or Bayonetta style combat.

I've recently started playing MGO again...I don't know why. overall, the community is horrible. Every other person screams about Kill Stealing, lag, and are in general...well..12 year olds. And yet...I keep coming back to it...Now if only they would reduce the price on the expansions to make them affordable.
