I for one really hope they do. I make it a priority to buy American when they're competing with the best. The Malibu and Fusion aren't there at this point in their life cycle(s). Competition is good for everyone involved.

Say what you will, but give this a decent interior and it will be a pretty awesome car. I was shocked at how much fun the Charger was the last time I drove it-as a rental of course. Hopefully Chrysler is able to improve on its (many) weaknesses.

Loving the rainbow badge. The folks at Subaru do know their market. They've been marketing to LGBT individuals for YEARS. Well before it was considered completely acceptable.

It's disappointing how fugly the front end design is. The rear, the greenhouse, and the interior are all pretty nice. It's fuel efficient, has plenty of stowage, and would be a pretty decent commuter. I would consider if it didn't look like it had an extra chromosome or three.
