I hate to break this to you, however, if you "pirate" to keep from having to open the copy you purchased, that is still stealing, hence pirating. No quotations needed.

If your physical copy is damaged, return it, exchange it, go through the legal process of having it replaced. You don't get to steal another copy because of damage, that's not how the real world works.

Someone else already used a car analogy, which is accurate, just as if you bought a snickers bar, and have no intention of eating it, so you go steal another snickers bar and eat that one. You're still a thief & you still stole something you did not pay for. For whatever reason, people in the software industry have romanticized a thief by giving them the "Pirate" nomenclature.

Theft is wrong, there is no grey area, and it is against the law. You can not attribute any form of moral equivalence to justify breaking the law.

Gads, this list hasn't even slowed down the butthurt fanboys. Get OVER it, it's some one elses opinion, and suprisingly enough, there's likely a helluva lot of poeple who have a different opinion than yours.

FFS, get real. I enjoyed the hell out of Too Human, and I'm old enough that I played Atari Pong prior to the 2600, and every gaming system that followed. My gamercard is definately intact, and non revokable.

Personally I wish developers would try to mix things up more in game mechanics, however with the price of creating games now a days, I guess it's too risky.

I would love to see a Too Human 2.

I can understand your frustration, however, transforming the 360 to a Wii...isn't that taking hyperbole a little far? The Wii is nothing like the 360 or PS3.

(and yes I do own a Wii as well, it just doesn't get much use)

Godslegion: I had the same experience with the 1 backword flying dragon.

I've encounted one dragon flying backwords, and 3 misc quest glitches, in 258 hours of play. I'm curious to see how the patch does, but not overly concerned. I just hope they get the PS3 version sorted out.
