I've been away from England the past two years of Gordon Brown as PM, and as bad as he is, it's better than being run by Cameron, and a lot better than the lib dems, who really just toy with the idea of politics. The Labour party really need to get there act together though. It sounds like leaders are really seeing the future of gaming, this is good for all aspiring and current game developers, I get to meet Harry Mack today (thought I'd brag half way through). The Canadian government have so many programs for game developers, Ontario is thriving off of it.

That's a really really cool feature. I can see myself and others getting quite attached to their beasts. I like i like.

it's gonna be interesting to see what the requirements are. I think our team wants to use XNA, which could be a disaster. I do stress that there is nothing wrong with actionscript. Anyone with previous history know?

He's actually coming in to talk to my class about indie developing next week, and to hire one of us as an intern into his company. This should be an interesting topic to bring up, since they just released the game yesterday. I can't wait to meet him!

I quite liked need for speed underground for iphone. It was still a fun game.

I think what a lot of the joystiq fan boys don't understand is that most people complaining about this review are not fanboys of L4D2. They're just gamers who are utterly shocked by the podcast and review. A lot of my friends who read it are certainly not L4D fanboys, but felt angry just reading the review because it wasn't a review. It was just Chris Grant bitching about how he can't aim quick enough to kill zombies. It's not like the AI is super duper smart. They're zombies, they just run at you and attack you. thus you shoot or melee them. I don't play on expert, I play on normal. and get through the campaigns fine. As do most people who bought the game. The fact that Chris Grant or at least the joystiq team can't get through it on normal. either mean they all suck at the game, or they should never play with Chris grant. I love joystiq, I usually credit there reviews highly and I listen to the podcast every week. But really Chris you should stay away from the games like your usual practice and let a real gamer review the games.

this is fucking awesome. Shame joystiq obviously sucks at the game and got their ass beat and threw a temper tantrum because of it. Maybe Chris should go back to renovating is house instead of playing games, and justin should keep playing monkey island. your opinions of L4D2 about it being a bad game are like those of the man who hammered Uncharted 2. Pathetic.

But awesome now I can go play it.
