@Typhonic The only thing he is showing off is that he's a poor coder. His variable naming and even code formatting are horrible. Also, real men code in C. Real men use pointers with no regards for public safety :P

Give us a new Unreal game in the same vein as the first and Epic can take my money. Short of that a new IP would ve most welcome. Or Jazz on WiiU.

@AMonkey How do you know that Indies and EA have the same ToS from Valve? It could be an iOS /Android situation, better for Indies but Crap for big companies. It could be that Valve has such strict ToS for bit publishers because they feel that the big companies don't have a choice but.to use Steam.

@TheEman28 I think the major problems are, well the ones I have anyway, are: Firstly, did the game really need another guest character when there are so many canon characters that people wanted. Secondly, hand to hand fighting (especially with opponents who can match or better his strength) isn't Freddy's style at all. Personally, I would have liked to see one of the less popular characters of the series, like Hsu Hao , be completely reinvented and made a total badass. Just my 2 cents. I'm just trying to, reasonably, justify some of the criticisms made so far. Also, this absolutely reeks of WB signing a big fat cheque to test fan response in order to greenlight another sub-par movie.

I didn't appreciate the linking to FortressCraft and writing ot off as a simply clone. If the river had even spoken to the developers recently they would know that the two games are moving in totally different directions. As for the DS demo, I'm impressed, and I don't like Minecraft.

The console generations are a chronological thing, not a "I don't like it so it isn't" type of arrangement. The WiiU is the generation after the Wii, therefore a next gen console. Same as the Wii was the generation following the Gamecube. i.e. Current Generation.

@Dukk420 Agreed. Dave Jones' track record does speak for itself. Psygnosis, ran into the ground until bailed out by Sony. DMA Design, ran into the ground until bailed out by Take 2. RealTime Worlds, simply ran into the ground. I, as a developer, think that Dave Jones' day has passed and he should leave the industry before he has the chance to wreck anothet 250 developers careers.
