That first screen shot...the final boss of Sonic 3?! Under the Death Egg, no less?!

Saw it, loved it, hope it gets a wider audience. Theater troupes, definitely think about this book.

I think a lot of press events would be terrible if they were missing half their content, yes. FORTUNATELY for Nintendo, the 3DS was present, playable, and has generated a lot of buzz. I would rate that as "success".

If the comment threads on the press events are any indication, there's never going to be a consensus of "best show" (unless most of you know it in your hearts and are arguing to play devil's advocate and/or have fanboy syndrome) so bandying the phrase about is really...

It looks like most of the fixes have to do with new characters / content. Besides the list is a lot shorter than I thought it would be before the jump.

The after credits scene was definitely Scarecrow. You could tell by the syringes on the fingers.

The prologue to Super Metroid, just after arriving on Zebes. Marveling at the graphics and touching down on an as-yet 'unexplored' planet. Then, the slow, creeping sense of realization that you are effectively backtracking through the escape room, Mother Brain room...until finally arriving back in Old Brinstar to retrieve the Morph Ball, reveling in the nostalgia...

...until the searchlight hits you, and you begin the awesome adventure that is Super Metroid.
