The biggest issue with this car its horse power ( the lack of), I,ll have to agree with top Gear´s Richard Hammond who said "anithing with less than 100 hp, should be banned from highways".
Trust me, I have driven this little car (im from Mexico), and just as soon as you get out of downtown and into the highway or on a hilll you are in trouble.

Also around here its sold at 23000, dollars (yes, FIAT thinks its cool to charge you for THIS car in dollars).

Down here this car as done nothing to MINIS market share, ill bet Ill be the same in the states.

Im a fan of your blog, I read it from Monterrey City in Mexico.

Even if I like cars and cupes more than SUV`s, down here the streets SUCK, we have a LOT of potholes so I whas wondering is there (there will be?), a small crossover from FORD that drives well in light offroad conditions?

I dont like or need a big SUV, but I do need a car that can handle very bad pavement and harsh conditions when it rains.
