I, like many future Wii owners, do not give a rats ass wether or not Wii has DVD playback, as was quoted, for the two people on the planet who dont own a DVD player already. I look round my house and see just how many devices i already own that do playback DVD.

Its amusing to see the fanbots decide for Nintendo and the rest of the gang what constitutes a business failure. Heres a new slogan for Nintendo. Nintendo - Wii do games only,get over it already.

Cool, thanks Nintendo, a fair price with a game included too. I doubt though wether i will be playing Wii sports at all heh, but with the expected retail of software coming in at £34-£39 then its games-a-plenty for me. Nice one. Will sit well with my X360. Region free too (best Mr. Burns) Excellent.

Cant wait for this game. New console, new controls, fresh ideas from a top third party, splendid. Graphics are fine imo and serve their purpose.

I think a study should be done on us humans for when we play the traditional way and compare to when we play the Wii-way. I bet our brains would produce more adrenaline and endorphins when swinging our wii-motes than when pushing two thumb-sticks. I want Nintendos new toy, its cheap, fresh and has the scope to be something very special indeed, now dont cock it up N ok.

Was out shopping today for DS and 'cube software, saw a gorgeous 32 inch LCD HDTV for sale only 900gbp. I was very tempted but will hold off for another 6 months. I did not realise they had come down SO much over the past year here in the UK.

If memory serves me correctly are Nintendo at Liepzig aug24-27 this year? Supposedly to announce the price and release date of Wii. Please somebody correct me if i am way off here?
