it would be VERY difficult to stop block a program that shows that the mouse and keyboard are being used since thats what is done to play the game.

i too really want to buy this game. wasnt very interested until the beta came out, but now i think it looks AWESOME. but if it is true that they are just selling download keys for content already on the disc, dont you think that is bullcrap? you bought the disc!

and im not a GTA fan, and im not trying to defend the game, just the idea. people will pay to get hours more of gameplay and story for that. same thing with selling new maps(im fine with it, but the pricing can be ridiculous, like halo 3 maps). no big deal there, but they are essentially selling wins or advantage to people.

i remember playing crackdown and playing through the entire game as the default black character.

and then what about games with customization? mass effect? default is white, but there are plenty of options in those kinds of games.

gaurdian is SORT OF a remake. i can see where people got the idea from...but i feel like bungie might have never even thought of it when developing it because it is SOOOO different.

im excited for lockout though. it was really awesome.
i also loved sidewinder, and i think this one will be better because the bases in sidewinder were a camper's dream.

and while they are a little more expensive than i like, we should also realize that they are putting these maps out pretty damn fast.

and i too think H2 had the best maps overall, so why nto use at least SOME of them? think about how much better blackout will be with the sword not as strong as it was.

actually microsoft extended the warranty to 3 years, and all people that payed for their xboxes to be fixed got their money back. or could if they chose.

my friend's xbox has read ringed twice(the second one the day after he got it back from the first fix), and has had his disc drive broken twice. they gave him a free year of xbox live, a free memory unit, and Viva Pinata(overnighted).

as for working to prevent further red rings...they have better cooling systems, and they now run on smaller 65 nm CPUs. and im sure they are working on other things considering how much damage the RROD is doing to them.

and i would like to know who has lost more than a one of a kind art design on their xbox. this kid lost a lot. things have been mended.

people hate MS so much that if they do the wrong thing they get crap, and if they do the right thing they get crap. maybe PEOPLE should do the right thing and not be so full of hate.

and the bill gates signature DOES look like the cursive they teach you in elementary school. it is actually neat, not total crap that you cant read. he probably did that to make it CLEAR that its there.

...BUT I LOVE IT! im glad i didnt pay for it, but with 3 campaigns and races with upgradeable units, co-op, 16 player ranked matches...im very happy. i have been playing the shit out of this game.

would i have preferred points? sure. am i upset? no. heck, i didnt even have many live problems. just some with long loadtimes in the dashboard and messenger. but i spent most of the time playing mass effect so it didnt even matter if i was online.

and while these crossplatform games are on ps3 and 360, they are NOT on wii. developers hardly wanna touch the thing cuz of low attach rates and party games. they are getting closer, but outside of nintendo's games, theres isnt much there. can it change? yes.

and i really dont give a shit about market share, if the games i want are on 360, i will play it whether it had a 90% market share or 2%.
