Getting back on topic, what about people in Europe where phone carriers don't literally hold manufacturers like HTC and Samsung by the balls, delaying the updates as they wish and where it's a lot more common to buy a retail stand-alone phone?

I have the sim-free HTC Desire I bought online and I'm currently running it on PayAsYouGo o2. Rumor says that HTC will have the Sensed-up Android 2.2 prepped in less than a month as it's a lot less work to code compared to converting 1.5/1.6 into 2.1. Seeing how my Desire is not tied to any network, am I going to need some kind of o2's approval same way it works for you guys in US or will I be able to just download some official ROM off HTC's website and apply it through USB? In fact, does Sprint/Verizon's dicking around with the updates affect me at all?

Am I the only one who thinks that the story was completely retarded? Through the whole game, Niko remains everybody's bitch living in some run-down abandoned apartments and not being able to do ANYTHING with the $700,000 he had.Is this the American Dream?

And don't get me started on the so-called "Story Twist".It affect one fucking mission with one fucking cutscene and it still involves killing Dimitri no matter what your choice was.

And the characters were simply pathetic.What's the point in having a bunch of awesome characters if none of them will ever appear again as soon as you finish their mission arc.I'd love to help Dwayne get back on top or listen to some more of Brucie's awesome dialog.

GTA4 story was great for an action game, but considering the amount of cojones SR2 has it shouldn't be a problem to top it.Just add one prominent hilarious character like Woozie from SA and you've won.

Ironically, Lineage 2 sold a lot better (14M customers) so WoW's 10M subscription sounds a bit misleading.

Still waiting for some kind of a "It's only for teh West" statement from Blizzard.
