Usually its "you guys played great, we lost a close match there"; usually this only comes from me, im a good sport if I lose fair and square.

Dark Souls patch brings lots of tweaks, plenty of nerfs

Nice changes overall. I like that the enemy AI is the same, so that the Forest Hunter's souls farming still works, but the Dragon Head Infinite glitch is gone.

My main favorite change is the Sunbro Covenant requirement is dropped to 25. Much easier to join.

Hate the nerf of the Pyro glove, I owned everything with that thing.

How about making the MSRP for 3DS games at $29.99 at the most eh Nintendo? For "casual" gamers (I don't see the reason people make a distinction between what casual versus hardcore gamers means), a $0.99 game is to expensive at times, look at my wife for example. Gamer will shell out maybe $40 for a new portable game, but if you wanna hit the mainstream audience, hit the $30 or $20 price point. All "hardcore" gamers would buy the games at this lower price, driving up sales and hype, and the "casual" gamer will follow. Happened with the Wii, hardcore gamers were the main first batch buyers, non-gamers saw it was fun, so the wanted one (making it sell for the next 2-3 years).

eShop games are overprice 500% to 1000% (x10) times more when compared to iOS games of (IMO) equal quality.

What's your favorite Joystiq T-shirt design?

"how do you put Double Fine in that XBLA limit? they have a huge history with retail. "

How do you see DF having a "huge" history at retail? They've only release two games ever that have been in retail, Psychonauts and BrĂ¼tal Legend, two games that while I personally love and bought on day one, bombed at retail and sold very poor.

Both companies have followed a similar new way of them making money and staying afloat, by making short quick downloadable games that sell well but don't cost that much to develop so in turn are considered successful. Both companies going back to this retail, instead of download, way of delivering their games is not a smart decision in some way, maybe it works for them and I hope it does, but for me, if Gunslinger would have release at 1200 pts ($15), I would have bought it as I have bought all their XBLA games before, but at $40, I will not buy their game since I am not interested is some of that stuff, so thus, they loose a costumer/sale by making this a retail release and not downloadable as well. MS is asking them to make this retail since they need to bump up the Kinect library, but this only hurts the developer Twisted Pixel by loosing sales (not that Gunslinger would have sold that well anyway, its a kinect-only game, limiting the demographics in and of itself by not supporting a standard controller)
