"near-perfect gameplay" ?

that's truen until you discover the absolute technique to win : just go from left to right and backward while tracing vertical lines, you don't even have to watch the screen.

try it yourself.

So that's not what I call a near perfect gameplay, it reminds me fight games where a total noob can win over a well experienced and trained guy.

it is frustrating and not fun when doing anything is a better technique to win.

disapointing, except that the game is nice but a gameplay issue for a game like this ruins it all IMHO.

How many of you are really interrested by a wireless download feature ?

I mean we have internet at home and once you've downloaded a title you don't have to redowload it every time you want to listen.

Plus I don't know how it is where you live but here in belgium, one of the most internet equiped European countries we don't have a lot of WiFi hotSpots, and most of the time they have speed limits and downloads quotas.

So except pumping on the batteries for nothing (don't expect microsoft to include a good wifi sleep mode, everypocketPC owner should know what I mean...) I really don't see this feature as an engaging one.

Graal, when you talk about Straight Answers does it also include statements like "We'll offer dual HDMI and only one SKU because 2 SKU's or more are confusing to the customer ?"

In europe we have a short story about a boy yelling "there's a wolf !" in the village to scare ppl, he does it multiple ttimes and of course one day there is a real wolf in front of him but when he souts "There's a wolf" nobody really pays attention, believing it is another joke, and the kid gets eaten by the wolf...

The only exclusive things Vista will have when it comes out will be it's inclueded DRM protection everywhere, maybe even at bios level, everything else you can have it on XP today, for free (freewares)
Sidebars, startmenu search, virtual folders and so on, everything is at just a google search away.

God knows i don't really like Microsoft and actually i agree they copy others far too often but... Sony said that ? the same copany that copied Nintendo so many times (from the playstation 1 to the motion sensing pad) ?

GTA n ot being exclusive WILL hurt Sony, and it will hurt them bad.

why ? just try to remember when a new GTA episode is annouced, look at the "Most anticipated games" list on IGN, Gamespot or any aother big games sites, GTA always first long before it comes out and when is out it goes directly to the "best 10 games of the moment" for like 6 month / a year...

Ppl will buy a console or another just to play GTA new episode, first to have it will have a huge boost.

To Me VF is the greatest Fighting game of all times.

First it is one of the few, if not only fighting game where a total newbie CANNOT in any way beat an good experienced player, buton mashin will not work in VF like it can work in Tekken for exemple.

whats the point in practicing a fight game if your little sister can beat you without even looking at the screen ?

Next you don't have to learn long combo sequences for each caracter , instead you have a vast pannel of basic moves, with logical gameplay (want to throw forward ? push grb and press forward, want to throw backward, grab and push backward, seems so logical but why not all games do like this ?) and theses basic moves can be chained in a lot of different ways so it is easier to learn but still challenging to master.

on a more personnal point of viex I absolutly loves conters, and grabs counters and VF is the perfect game for that, I love waiting for my opponent to hit me first and then do a graceful dodge or seizing his wrist to ben him to the floor, so cool ^^

Others Fighting games are cool too, I always loved Tekken's Lei character, SoulCalibur is fast paced fights with weapons, DOA has big boobs (just kidding :-) ) and great environments interactions (i'd like more of that in VF) but VF is MY favorite

You all Sony-Haters, I'll Buy PS3 games at 99.99, even if they are multi platform, cause MY games will be future proof, ya know, Blu Ray, future proof, I own you yaaa, hey ? where everybody goes ?

-not proposing 2 differents SKU...
-dual HDMI output...
-long planned new pad... with extra motion sensor added...in a week.

I think when Someone speaks for Sony it is quite often worst than the worst Trolls found in comments.
