Wii Warm Up: Storage space

Apr 6th 2008 11:41AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I've got plenty to go around since i have downloaded 2 NES games and 1 SNES game.
I'm not an internet saber rattler, but the Wii really needs to upgrade somehow it's memory through a hard drive add on or been able to put more internal memory through Nintendo or whatever method since the transfer rate from SD cards is so slow and so and wiiware games are meant to be big, at least N64 big.

Wii Warm Up: Microtransactions

Apr 5th 2008 2:05PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
the whole memory on the Wii thing tells you that DLC won't right away that DLC won't be available for mainstream games, so forget about expanding the life of major titles and assume the position to be invasively molested with Wiiware DLC for games that should have included all of that content to begin with.

I'm totally against these business model, just like that game that sells you it's ammo when it's a first person shooter and bullets are what you need to advance in the game for crying out loud. Anyboby knows the name?

DS Daily: Walkthroughs

Apr 5th 2008 1:32PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
my first brush with a walk through guide was when i was playing Castlevania 2 Simon's Quest on the NES when i was like 9 ears old but, if you have played the game then you know what i'm talking about.

Till today i only use a Walk through or Strategy Guide if I'm really stuck on a level. However, if it a completion game then after i finish it once on normal and hard i then use the walk through to get everything the game has hidden. (Zelda, Metroid, Golden Sun)

Has anybody by the way been itching for a GBA game that you could've missed at time of release?

DS Daily: Game hunting

at some point i was determined to buy tetris ds, but instead i wet with metroid prime hunters (which i don't regret purchasing). However, i never got to purchase tetris ds for whaever reason and for some tie i've been wanting to purchase it, even before this post surfaced, but i'm confident i'll find it somewhere eventually wthout having to buy it from the "secret game cartels"...err..the ebayer's who sell at high prices right.

Although i did manage to purchase a copy of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Revival Edition for the GBA with box and manuals and insert slips included for $23 in total with S&H incl. Not a bad deal i think.
