Dead Rising - yeah its out but I don't have a 360 yet so this is what I look forward to playing most should I win one!

Well I don't have an xbox so I don't have a favourite game BUT the one that has caught my interest and made me want one is Dead Rising...I mean...freaking ZOMBIES man.

Seems bloody stupid to me. I guess they could finangle some kind of romantic comedy out of this quite easily though.

Simple shielding plate SHOULD be enough?...so uh, they didnt think to put one on straight away? I hope they didnt have to do too much testing then. Dude

Is it wrong to much prefer the matte look?

OH. Well that IS interesting. Some of it is a bit cheesy (mostly the descriptions of magic) and the BLATANT anti-communism theme combined with overlong moral rantings sometimes make the books a little annoying but believe it or not after that little rant I actually do love this series. I will be interested to see how this works out and who they cast. Seeing as large parts of the books are set outdoors in mountain ranges and forests it has the potential to be very pretty. But then there will undoubtedly have to be some heavy CG usage in other areas which is a turn off. On the whole though this is quite exciting.

Heh heh. I like the concept - heres hoping they base Death around Pratchetts vision of him.
