Dec 22nd 2009 1:01PM Like every game has content cut somewhere along the way for size or time or feasibility. The options here were to come up with new ideas, use ideas they already had but couldn't implement, or just not release DLC scenarios. These scenarios were never going to be part of the retail game, whether there was DLC or not.

Unless the dude is lying and content really was withheld to be sold separately later, but I trust Ubisoft Montreal as a developer. Some companies definitely do that, but I don't think that's what's going on here.
