Nintendo 3DS review: Depth, charge

Mar 15th 2011 8:39AM (Joystiq)
For their next review, Joystiq send its only blind staff member to review a movie -audio only. Don't be "ignorant bigots" and criticize them!

Nintendo 3DS review: Depth, charge

@(Unverified)

Was it too hard to find a Joystiq staff member who does NOT have Ambylopia to review the 3DS -the world's first glasses-free 3D game console?

It's like a newspaper sending a blind writer to a movie theater to review a movie -audio only.

No disrespect, but "know thy limitations". Can Joysitq find a staff member who does NOT have amblyopia to be able to review the world's first glasses-free 3D handheld?

Thank you.

When It Comes To England, No One Has Anything Much Worthwhile To Say

Mar 7th 2010 6:57PM (Fanhouse UK Football (DEAD))
England's first goal: Well played
England's second goal: A deflection
England's third goal: An offside

Not only did Egypt "score a goal", they outplayed England with 55% possession in the first half, and better passing and playmaking. Let's not forget that -also in the first half- Egypt had a ball cleared from England's goal.

Without the physical keyboard, I can tell you that Tegra on the Zune HD will NOT be mainly for games. Maybe for iPhone-like games. But on smartphones, Tegra will shine.

How do these numbers compare to Android's?

Alleged shot of Motorola Morrison for T-Mobile has us swinging wildly betwixt love and disgust

I'm still waiting for a Tegra powered Android, but I sure love the directional pad on this keyboard. It looks like it was made to run emulators.

But I hate the design. What happened to minimalism? Look at the Zune, the iPhone, the Touch HD. There are all gorgeous because they are minimalistic.

Release a sexy Android PLEASE.

Tegra's GPU has nothing on any other chip. It is superior with a wide margin. It's also ULP (ultra low power).
