Come on guys, you barely speak for yourself, much less the rest of us. This game has been on my radar since Jan. or so of last year. I like the visual style. I am usually not a cell shaded fan but it works well here. And the physics engine is really nice if you have played around with it at all. I am one of those guys that doesn’t really care about backwards compatibility, so I don’t play HALO2 anymore, yet I still get in game messages from people wanting to play. To each their own, I didn’t care if this has the BETA key; I am impressed how solid the game is. I will be going to toys r us tonight, if they have it, they sell it regardless of release date.....enjoy

PS...please guys keep speaking for all of us mindless zombies....this is a 360 board not a PS3 "bored" we have the intelligence to voice our opinions, not just quote a company line.

I am happy to see it coming back as well. The legends would be ok, but I look back to the good old days of "baseball stars." How would it be to see a next gen football game similar to baseball stars. Players you can name, upgrade, etc. Not a big fan of the other football game this is out, and madden is just always lacking, welcome back 2k, you have been missed.

That was really great. I am liking the demo a lot, where are they getting the sachel charge? Is the rocket launcher in the demo as well guys?

It is good to see that not only Sony keeps reaching a new low week in and week out, but their lapdog website does as well. I am seeing fewer and fewer Sony zombies walking around best buy. Where are the games? Where are the frame rates? Where are the E3 game videos (pre rendered, not quite living up to gameplay? Btw since you are using xbox.joystiq.com as your source now check out thier comparisons of scenes from multiple plateform games, or brush that under the rug as well? What kind of mind game are you guys playing here? Btw guys the total is now three, I have actually found three PS3 demo units that are in working order at local stores in the tulsa, oklahoma area. Three out of 14.

The same thing happened for me when I played Need For Speed Carbon, I got an email from EA games almost immediatly, along with microtransactions I guess it is just part of the landscape now.

I too was fortunate enough to win a unit through the www.hex168.com contest (hockey puck in the head photo). I really enjoyed the original Xbox from standing in line at best buy as it released to joining the Xbox live beta test team (live name: Big Bird, I still get questions, how did you get that name) So when I won the contest and was flown from Tulsa to LA wow that was the icing on the cake. I too got my system a week early, without any games of course, those weren’t out yet even to the guys that won one in the contest. I found the vga cable and madden 2 days before leaving for the trip. Played some Halo2 with the improved textures, then off to the desert and Zero Hour. Let me tell you when you win a contest through Microsoft you are treated like a king. I think I spent 5 bucks on the whole trip. They even allowed us to buy another unit at zero hour. Which made a friend back home very happy. Launch was great of course. My system didn’t brick till the godfather came out. Great system, although after getting a wii this weekend, it has some strong points too, PS3 please...lol

Back to the 360 and even back to the orginal xbox. They held them back till the day after thanksgiving. Some people just stayed in line I bet, for next week.

Looks aren't everything, and I guess the videos and stills aren't from the same game if it looks better than Gears. People are so hung up on graphics, not all of us base our enjoyment on graphics alone.

Glad to see you are enjoying your system though. How much better is Sony's online service compared to that week effort by microsoft? Xbox Live or something like that I think it is called.

Wow how to even respond to this garbage. No innovation? is that why you buried a far superior product from take2 interactive in the NFL arena? Madden is still the horrible game it always has been, and now we have no choice. Can’t innovate, buy out your competition. News for you EA we can still see how bad your games are even if we don’t have another to compare it to. Go back to being the lapdog of So"rr"ny we don’t need your garbage games....
