Wii Warm Up: Surfing

How is this Nintendo's fault when Opera is the one who develops the browser?

Wii Warm Up: Taking advantage of a sale

Oct 14th 2008 8:49AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
We lucked out. Got 4000 wii points for 25 bucks basically. Then when in with a friend on the buy two get a third free. Friend got Twilight Princess, we [roommate and I] got de Blob, and we're [friend and my and my roommate] sharing Super Smash Bros Brawl. Man that's a lot of gaming. [Sorry for the confusion over "we" there. At least I didn't pun "Wii" in there some how.]

I have to say Mario Kart Wii as well, sadly.

Roger Ebert blasts ESPN's Jay Mariotti

Why does the "courtesy" of giving two weeks notice only happen in one direction? Why do we still treat employers like benevolent masters when we all know by now that we are just another human "resource", expendable and replaceable like any other resource? No employer would extend the same courtesy when firing you, I don't see why employees should have to be held to a higher standard.

Food Network plotting a Top Chef rip-off

Aug 7th 2008 10:26AM (AOL TV)
Next Food Network Star seems a whooooole more interested in personality than food. I've only seen a little but it always seemed to be about who can be the schmooziest, most cloying persona instead of making innovative cuisine, which is completely what I watch Top Chef for. Nothing wrong with Next Food Network Star, they're completely up front that the competition is looking for a teevee personality not the best chef.
