Nov 19th 2011 7:26PM (Joystiq)This is just like release date changes. They may say the game is coming out on a certain date. Even publish it on their website, and in print material. But as long as they change it before the actual product comes out, they have every right to do so.
And I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure it was Sony who made the announcement of the free game. It would be like me inviting everyone I know to your birthday party. All my friends would be pissed if you told them that they couldn't have any of your cake. ;)
