Had this game for the Sega CD. I could never get past the part where you smoke him out of the house. Never could figure out what to do.

The balloons may have been biodegradable, but what about the glossy printed flyer that was tied onto it?

@hanger3com Forgot to mention that I'm looking forward to this installment. I only hope that they let you control the subs and the destroyers like in BF1942. But figured they didn't since they've stripped it out of previous versions of BF.

I remember when BF1942's Wake Island demo came out. I played it constantly. And then when the game finally came out, it was the map I still preferred. Unlike Metro in BF3, I HATE that map. I always bail, and join another game it that comes into my rotation. Too many maps on BF3 have bottlenecks.

He's not very good at checking where his paychecks come from. He lists Saints Row 3 as an EA game.

I hate class-action lawsuits. The only people who win are the lawyers. There have been several class-action lawsuits that I should have been apart of, and I've never seen a single piece of whatever was supposed to come from them.

I guess except for the Apple one back in like 2003. I got a $50 coupon to spend on a new laptop. Of course the suit was about the laptop that I had just bought.

@Hank Hill Its only false advertising if they advertise it. Blog posts made from statements don't count as advertising. If it was printed on the box that it was included, but not actually included, then yes, its false advertising. But since I never saw one bit of adverting stating that it was included with the game, I'm guessing this will go no where.

This is just like release date changes. They may say the game is coming out on a certain date. Even publish it on their website, and in print material. But as long as they change it before the actual product comes out, they have every right to do so.

And I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure it was Sony who made the announcement of the free game. It would be like me inviting everyone I know to your birthday party. All my friends would be pissed if you told them that they couldn't have any of your cake. ;)
