I would prefer Alliance. Would also prefer not to have only just now realized this contest was happening but c'est la vie and all that garbage.

VC Monday: Tennis (NES), Space Harrier II (Gen), Military Madness (TG16)

Dec 18th 2006 11:27AM (Joystiq)
That is a bizarrely apt point Steve, not just in terms of respective quality of games but in quantity too, as with this VC update TG16 and Genesis together have 2 more games available than NES, SNES and N64 combined. Nintendo's losing ground on its own console, how in the seven hells does this make sense from a business stance? Scaring the neophyte 3rd parties might make sense as a reason, but they've released all the good stuff in Japan, where arguably alot of 3rd party games are going to be made, so what the fornication is this excrement?

Cinematical Seven: Videogame Movies

Oct 26th 2005 7:14PM (Cinematical)
I actually think the Mario movie should be exempt on the grounds that its so bad it's good, in that Plan9 kinda way. I watched it with my brother a few months ago (DVD $5 at Best Buy!) and we couldnt stop laughing at how staggeringly stupid the whole ordeal is. I remember reading some article on the movie, and a snippet of the boardroom conversation "Hey, I got it, lets get an englishman and a puerto rican to play italian brothers! Brilliant!" Anyway, my point is that bad as it is, it can be fun to watch, if unintentionally so, and doesnt belong on the same list as Alone in the Dark.
